1. Choosing the Right Container

The right container depends on your available space, intended use and access requirements.

• Small containers: Suitable for compact storage and sites with limited space.
• 20ft containers: Commonly used for general storage, tools and equipment.
• 40ft containers: Provide more storage capacity where the site has adequate space.
• High-cube containers: Offer more height than standard containers.
• Specialist containers: May include additional doors, office layouts or other modifications.

Always check the dimensions, door openings, specifications and availability on the product page before ordering.

2. Container Condition

We list containers in different conditions depending on availability:

• New: Containers offered as new, subject to the stated product condition.
• One-trip: Containers with limited initial shipping use; minor handling marks may be present.
• Used: Containers that may show wear, previous repairs or cosmetic marks.

Read the individual product description carefully. Images may be illustrative unless the listing specifically identifies the exact unit shown.

3. Pricing and Delivery

Product prices are shown in British pounds (GBP). Our advertised standard delivery charge is £400 per eligible UK order. Any additional charges for unusual access, specialised lifting or other requirements should be disclosed before payment.

The estimated handling time is 1–4 days, followed by an estimated transit time of 1–5 days. The combined estimate is 2–9 days after payment and order confirmation, subject to availability and delivery conditions.

4. Preparing for Delivery

Before placing your order, please check the following:

• There is sufficient road and gate access for the delivery vehicle.
• The site has enough space for unloading and positioning the container.
• The ground is suitable, stable and level.
• There are no obstructing overhead cables, trees or other hazards.
• You have any necessary site permissions or approvals.
• Your delivery address, postcode and telephone number are correct.

5. How to Place an Order

1. Visit our Shop and choose a container.
2. Review the size, condition, quantity, price and delivery information.
3. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your billing and delivery details.
5. Select Bank Transfer and click REQUEST BANK DETAILS.
6. Our team will review your order and provide official payment instructions.
7. After the required payment clears and the order is confirmed, we will arrange processing and delivery under the agreed terms.

Note: Clicking REQUEST BANK DETAILS submits an order request through checkout; it does not immediately debit your bank account. Always verify the recipient and amount before making a bank transfer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our published policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Eligible consumer purchases generally have a 14-day cancellation right, subject to the relevant legal conditions and exceptions. Faulty or misdescribed goods may be covered by additional statutory rights.
