1. About This Policy

We aim to communicate payment methods, prices and order requirements clearly before customers pay. This policy applies to purchases and payment enquiries made through our website. Our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy should be read alongside it.

2. Accepted Payment Method

Our currently advertised payment method is direct bank transfer. We provide the relevant payment instructions on an official invoice or in a verified email after reviewing the order details.

We do not collect payment-card details through the bank-transfer checkout option. A bank-transfer request is not an immediate debit of your account.

3. How “REQUEST BANK DETAILS” Works

  • Select a shipping container and review the product details, quantity and displayed price.
  • Enter accurate billing, contact and delivery information at checkout.
  • Choose the bank-transfer payment method and select REQUEST BANK DETAILS to submit the order.
  • We review the order, product availability, delivery location and any applicable charges, then provide the payment instructions and order information.
  • Check the invoice and transfer details before sending payment.
Important: Selecting “REQUEST BANK DETAILS” submits an order through WooCommerce; it does not automatically transfer money. The order may remain on hold while payment is pending.

4. Prices, Delivery Charges and Invoices

Product prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP). Our advertised standard delivery charge is £400 per eligible UK order, subject to the conditions in our Shipping Policy. The applicable product price, delivery charge and any other disclosed costs will be shown or confirmed before payment is requested.

Please review the total amount on your order confirmation or invoice. If the delivery location, access requirements or requested configuration changes the quoted amount, we will communicate the revised terms for your agreement before payment.

5. When Payment Is Due

Unless different terms are expressly agreed in writing, the invoiced amount is payable under the terms specified on the invoice. If a deposit or instalment arrangement is offered for an individual order, the amounts and due dates will be confirmed in writing beforehand.

We normally arrange release or delivery after the required payment has cleared, according to the agreed order terms. Submission of an order alone does not confirm that payment has been received or guarantee a delivery date.

6. Bank Transfer Safety

  • Use only the beneficiary and account information shown in verified, official payment instructions.
  • Check the recipient name, invoice number and amount carefully before making a transfer.
  • If bank details unexpectedly change or an email appears suspicious, contact us using the contact details on our website before paying.
  • Do not send payments to a third party unless the arrangement has been clearly disclosed and independently verified with us.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the details they enter when making a transfer match the verified instructions. Your bank may charge transfer fees under its own terms.

7. Payment Confirmation and Order Processing

Please include the invoice or order reference with your transfer where your bank allows it. We may ask for a payment confirmation or receipt to help locate a payment, but a receipt alone does not establish that funds have cleared. We confirm payment after matching it to our bank records.

Our published delivery estimate is 1–4 days handling plus 1–5 days transit, giving an estimated combined 2–9 days after payment and order confirmation, subject to the Shipping Policy and actual delivery conditions. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

8. Unpaid, Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If payment is not received by the agreed date, we may contact you to resolve the matter or place an order on hold, subject to applicable law and our agreed terms. If you think you have paid the wrong amount, paid twice or sent funds with the wrong reference, contact us promptly so we can investigate and determine the appropriate correction.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Eligible cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law. That page explains consumer cancellation rights, returns, faulty goods and refund timing.

Where a refund is due for a bank-transfer payment, we normally refund using the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and applicable law permits it. Your statutory rights are not limited by this Payment Policy.

10. Payment Information and Privacy

We may use your name, contact information, order reference and limited transaction details to issue invoices, reconcile payments and provide order support. For information about how we handle personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our payment arrangements or legal obligations change. The current version will be published here. Changes will not remove statutory rights or retroactively alter payment terms already agreed for an order without an appropriate legal basis.
